Refund Policy for Just One More

Thank you for choosing Just One More for all your Card, Collectable and Chaos needs. Please take a moment to review our refund policy before making a purchase.

Trading Cards & Accessories

• By default, packs purchased will be opened live on stream. If you would like your packs shipped sealed and unopened, please specify this in your order notes.
• Once a pack is opened (whether on stream or by the customer), the contents are considered used and are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• For sealed products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once the items have been shipped.
• This includes products purchased during live breaks, giveaways, or special event promotions.

Change of Mind Policy

• We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
• Due to the nature of trading cards and collectibles, we do not offer exchanges
• If you wish to cancel your order before opening or shipping:
• You may choose a store credit (gift card) for the full amount; or
• Receive a refund, less non-refundable payment processing fees (typically 5-10% depending on payment method)

By making a purchase from Just One More, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms of our refund policy. We encourage all customers to review the policy before completing their order.

Australian Consumer Law
This policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund or replacement if a product is faulty, not as described, or otherwise breaches consumer guarantees. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
