Terms of Service – Just One More

Welcome to Just One More! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, live streams, and related services. By accessing or purchasing from Just One More, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. General

  • Just One More is an online trading card and collectibles business that sells sealed products and offers live-stream pack openings.

  • By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

  • We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately once posted.

2. Orders & Payments

  • All orders must be paid in full before being processed.

  • Orders are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you to arrange a refund or replacement.

  • Prices are listed in AUD and may change without notice.

  • Payment processing fees are non-refundable (see Refund Policy).

3. Live Stream Openings

  • By default, purchased packs will be opened live on stream. If you want packs shipped sealed, you must request this in your order notes at checkout.

  • Once a pack is opened (on stream or by the customer), the contents are considered used and cannot be returned or refunded.

  • We are not responsible for the specific cards or pull outcomes from opened packs — all openings are based on chance.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping details are provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or other third parties.

  • Risk of loss passes to you once the package has been handed to the shipping provider.

5. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

  • Refunds, returns, and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

  • Please review the Refund Policy before making a purchase.

6. Australian Consumer Law

  • Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, not as described, or otherwise breaches consumer guarantees, you are entitled to a refund or replacement.

7. Community Conduct

  • Our live streams are intended to be a fun and family-friendly space. We reserve the right to remove or block any user who engages in abusive, offensive, or disruptive behaviour.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website and live streams (including logos, images, and video content) is the property of Just One More unless otherwise stated.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any of our content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Just One More is not liable for any loss, damage, or disappointment resulting from pack openings, shipping delays, or use of our website.

  • Collectibles and trading card pack openings are based on chance, and we make no guarantees as to the value or rarity of cards pulled.
